What do you think makes you a good bartender?
I think my outgoing personality makes bartending and working with people a plus.
What’s the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is meeting new people and making customers happy.
What is your favorite day to work and why?
I enjoy working any day we are busy because I think “the busier the better.”
What’s the house specialty or a popular drink?
A popular drink would be the dizzy buddah and the Gems IPA Home Brew.
Tell us about any odd drink requests:
Tequila & Bailey’s mixed — it doesn’t sound very tasty to me.
What have you learned from customers?
I learned that the customer is always right. We are here to make them happy so they will keep coming back.
What’s the crowd like at your bar?
The crowd at O’Griffs can get crazy, but I always have fun working with any crowd I get!
Tell me something about yourself that would surprise the regulars.
Most people would be suprised to find out I am a single mother.
How has bartending changed over the years?
I am new to the bartending service so I honestly do not know the answer to that!
What else should we know?
I am a hard working individual and I really enjoy being a part of the O’Griffs team. I am very thankful to be employed at O’Griffs and the Winters are a wonderful family to work for!!

What is your favorite day to work and why?
It depends on the season.
Football season – Sundays & Mondays (Coach T Show).
Holidays: Parties
Wednesdays for Karaoke
Weekends because everyone’s winding down from their week.
What’s the house specialty or a popular drink?
Fizzle Pop Shots, Vodka or Jager Bombs, Wabo-rita’s, Tie Me To The Bed Post Drinks, Lemonade Shake-Ups

Baily’s & Tonic (p.s. it curdles)
What have you learned from customers?
Sometimes you never know what to expect.
What’s the crowd like at your bar?
We have everything from business professionals to college students to grand parents bringing the family in for a delicious meal.
Tell me something about yourself that would surprise the regulars.
I think I’ve seen every episode of Saved by the Bell… and still might have a secret crush on Screech!!
How has bartending changed over the years?
Popular shots that have come & gome ie Purple Hooters. Beers keep getting lighter & lighter in calories
What else should we know?
It’s fun to come to work and get to talk to people and learn about them and where they are from or how their week is going, who their favorite team is, etc.
